Privacy notice
Last updated: September 23, 2026
This notice explains how we handle the details you send through the pilot request form on this website.
Who we are
Commolyn is the trading name of Ilya Tsipelshteyn, a licensed dealer (Osek Murshe) registered in Israel. We are the controller of the personal data described here. You can reach us at [email protected].
What we collect
When you request a pilot, you give us your name, email address, and the name of your community or organization, and, if you choose, a description of the events you run. Providing these details is voluntary, but we can't reply to your request without your name, email address, and community name.
Our server briefly uses your IP address to prevent abuse of the form. It is not added to your request. This page does not set cookies or use analytics.
Why we use it
We use your details only to reply to your pilot request and to discuss a possible pilot with you. Under the GDPR, our legal bases are taking steps at your request before a possible agreement (Article 6(1)(b)) and our legitimate interest in responding to business inquiries (Article 6(1)(f)). We don't use your details for marketing, and we don't sell them.
Who receives it
Your request is delivered by email to our inbox, which uses Google's Gmail service. Google handles it under its own privacy policy and terms. We don't share it with anyone else unless the law requires us to.
International transfers
We are based in Israel, which the European Commission recognizes as providing an adequate level of data protection. Google may process your details in other countries, including the United States. Google LLC participates in the EU–US Data Privacy Framework.
How long we keep it
We keep your request for up to 12 months after our last contact with you. If we start working together, we keep what that work needs for as long as it lasts and as the law requires.
Your rights
You can ask us to give you access to your details, correct or delete them, restrict or object to their use, or send you a copy. Email [email protected] and we'll respond within the time the law allows.
You can also complain to a data protection authority: in the EU, the authority in your country; in Israel, the Privacy Protection Authority.
Changes
